The personal data we collect is solely used to provide services to our customers. This includes:

• Creating and managing cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Sharing project documents
• Publishing high-level project highlights as case studies on our website (no confidential or proprietary data is exposed)

We do not use customer data for profiling or automated decision-making.

3.Data Sharing

We share project-related data with selected, trusted third parties to perform specialized work, such as UX design. These third parties may include individual contractors or partner companies. Only the data necessary to perform their work is shared, and they are authorized by PearlThoughts.

4.Data Storage and Security

We maintain our internal CRM, which is self-hosted on AWS and protected with industry-standard practices. Our data storage is encrypted at rest, and we have strong encryption and access controls in place to ensure that only authorized personnel can access the data.

5.Data Retention

We retain customer data for the duration of the contractual period and an additional four months to provide any necessary support. After this period, we delete the repository archive and any data in our system. Most of our work is conducted directly in the client’s cloud environment.

6.Customer Rights

Customers can contact us via email to request the deletion of their personal data from our records. We will promptly address such requests.

7. Marketing Communications

Currently, we do not conduct any marketing campaigns. If we initiate marketing communications in the future, we will provide an opt-out option in every email we send.

Our website is published using WordPress. While we do not actively use cookies, please refer to WordPress’s cookie policy for more information on their use of cookies.

9.International Data Transfers

Most of our clients are based abroad. We use G-suite for data sharing and deploy applications in our clients’ cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP). We also use GitHub for code repositories, granting access or transferring repositories as required by our clients.
