Dr. Kumar needed to coordinate consulting hours across several practice locations while allowing for travel and personal commitments. Different appointment patterns at each location made a single fixed schedule difficult to manage.

Schedula supported location-specific availability, schedule planning, and updates when appointments changed. Personal time could be blocked alongside clinical commitments so that availability reflected the doctor's working day.

Keeping location commitments and personal availability in the same schedule gave the practice a shared basis for arranging appointments.
